New Delhi, July 2: At the inauguration of Home Stop’s relaunched store at Nexus Select Citywalk, Saket, India’s celebrated chef and Wonderchef co-founder, Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, urged home cooks across the country to move beyond rice and wheat and incorporate millet-based recipes into their everyday meals.

“Millets are not a trend. They are our tradition, and it is time every Indian kitchen rediscovers them,” he said.
“Whether it is jowar, bajra, or ragi, millets are nutritionally dense, locally grown, and incredibly versatile. The right tools in your kitchen can make cooking with millets just as easy and enjoyable as any other ingredient,” he added.
Commenting on the relaunch, Mr. Kavindra Mishra, Customer Care Associate, Managing Director, and CEO of Shoppers Stop Limited, said,
“Our customers remain at the heart of everything we do, and it is their trust that has guided our growth across markets. The relaunch of our Nexus Select CityWalk store in Saket marks an exciting new chapter, bringing an expanded portfolio of premium brands and a more immersive shopping experience.
