The event commenced with an inspiring Keynote Session by Sandeep Srivastava and Prerana Nayak from Microsoft's AI Division, providing employees with insights into the rapidly evolving AI landscape, breakthrough innovations, and the opportunities shaping the future of technology and business.
This was followed by the ProArch Discovery Experience, an interactive business showcase that enabled employees to explore the organization's service offerings, customer success stories, and innovations while fostering greater cross-functional collaboration.
The evening Gala celebrated ProArch's journey, achievements, and people. The event featured leadership addresses, cultural performances, Rewards & Recognition, and employee engagement activities, creating an atmosphere of pride, connection, and celebration as the company marked two decades of success.
The celebrations concluded with a 5K Run sponsored by Yashoda Foundation, ProArch's CSR initiative, promoting health, wellness, and community spirit. Employees enthusiastically participated in the run, reinforcing the organization's commitment to employee well-being alongside professional growth.
