New Delhi, Aug 4: Pro Panja League partnered with the inaugural edition of The President's Bodyguard Soldierathon 2026, bringing the excitement of competitive armwrestling to the prestigious sporting and patriotic event. Held at the Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantt, the event witnessed participation from thousands of runners, members of the armed forces and civilians celebrating fitness, service and national pride.
As part of the celebrations, Pro Panja League organised an engaging Public Armwrestling Challenge, inviting members of the public and defence personnel to test their strength against two of Pro Panja League's finest armwrestlers, Aabhas Rana and Yuvraj Verma. To raise the stakes, Pro Panja League announced a cash prize of ₹1 lakh for anyone who could defeat either of the two champions.
The challenge generated tremendous excitement throughout the day, with participants enthusiastically stepping up to the table in pursuit of the prize. Despite several spirited attempts, both Aabhas Rana and Yuvraj Verma showcased their elite strength and technique, remaining unbeaten.
The activation gave spectators a firsthand experience of the intensity, skill, and competitive spirit of armwrestling while highlighting the sport's growing popularity in India.
Speaking about the initiative, Parvinn Dabas, Co-Founder of the Pro Panja League, said,

"The overwhelming response to the Public Armwrestling Challenge was truly heartening. Partnering with an event that honours our armed forces made this initiative even more special and we are delighted that so many participants embraced the challenge with such enthusiasm."
