Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 27: KFON connectivity will be extended to 800 offices under the Irrigation Department to strengthen digital governance and improve the efficiency of government services. The initiative will cover sub-divisional and section offices under the department’s 64 divisions.

The initiative is aimed at improving the functioning of the e-Office system, enabling faster file movement and smoother digital operations across government offices. Reliable connectivity will help streamline administrative processes and facilitate the delivery of government services more efficiently.

Preliminary steps to provide the connectivity are currently underway.
