Noida, Aug 5: International Workplace Group, the world's largest platform for work with brands including Spaces and Regus, has expanded its footprint in India with the opening of four new Regus centres across Noida, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, further strengthening its network in three of the country's most active commercial hubs to meet the sharply rising demand for top-class flexible working space in the area.

The launch of Regus Starling Edge and Regus Knowledge Centre in Noida, Regus Trinity Pothraj in Bengaluru, and Regus Fairmount Downtown in Hyderabad add more than 3,180 square metres of premium workspace to IWG's rapidly expanding India network. It comes on the heels of the business posting its highest-ever revenue, cashflow and earnings growth in its history and achieving rapid network growth, with more new locations signed and opened in 2025 than in the entire first two decades of its operations. In Q1 2026, IWG’s network expanded even faster, with record signings and openings representing significant year-on-year growth.

These new centres are part of IWG's most ambitious expansion series in India. The company has already opened 125 centres in India under the Regus, Spaces, HQ and Open Office brands and has 200 additional centers in the pipeline. This will expand IWG India network to over 325 centers across the country in the next three to five years. India remains one of IWG's fastest-growing markets globally, with expansion extending beyond major metropolitan centres into emerging business and commuter locations.

Harsh Lambah, Country Head, India, International Workplace Group, said:

"India is one of the world’s most dynamic markets for flexible workspace, and these new openings underscore our confidence in the market’s long-term growth. As companies of all sizes, from enterprises to multinational corporations and GCCs, increasingly prioritise agile real estate solutions, we remain focused on providing professional work environments that boost both productivity and employee well-being by bringing high-quality workspaces to where the modern workforce lives and works."

"Our partnership with IWG marks a strategic milestone for Noida, one of India's fastest-growing commercial hubs. Beyond enhancing our value proposition through IWG’s quality workspaces, this collaboration strengthens the local business ecosystem, attracting enterprises and talent to the area and reinforcing its position as a premier business destination," said Manjul Sharma,  Partner in Starling Support Services.

"Noida has firmly established itself as a magnet for leading IT firms, GCCs, and BFSI players looking for quality workspace close to talent. Our collaboration with IWG is a long-term investment in that momentum, giving businesses of every size the infrastructure they need to scale with confidence,"adds Pradeep Misra, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) at Despecto Knowledge Centre."

With explosive market growth as companies of all sizes adopt more flexible and decentralised models for the long-term, it is predicted that 30% of all commercial real estate will be flexible workspace by 2030. With IWG, partners are able to capitalize on this fast-growing sector while being supported by the Group’s unparalleled experience. Research also shows that hybrid working offers companies a significantly lower cost base with an average saving of US$11,000 per employee.
