New Delhi, Oct 07: Aadarsh Pariksha Kendra, India's most technologically advanced and standardised network of examination centres, backed by Innovatiview, India's largest integrated examination security and surveillance solutions provider, has completed one year of full-scale operations. To mark the milestone, APK unveiled its first AI brand film, 'Behind Every Examination Is a Dream', which captures the emotional journey of India's aspirants and reaffirms APK's promise that merit should never be compromised by the environment a candidate is tested in.
India's Computer Based Test infrastructure falls short both in quantity and quality. The current number of CBT seats cannot support a large-scale national examination such as NEET, and existing centres are fragmented, independently owned, not state-controlled and inconsistent in standards and security, which limits accountability and can hamper the safe conduct of examinations.

"APK was conceived to close this gap: a state-aligned, technologically superior, tamper-proof examination infrastructure model built in the spirit of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat, for the future of Digital India," said Ashish Mittal, Director, Innovatiview India Limited.
Since its launch, APK has set up 14 centres with 25,000+ seats across Delhi NCR, Bihar and Bilaspur, serving high-volume, high-stakes examinations conducted by authorities such as SSC, RRB, IBPS, BSSC and BPSC. Every centre is built around three design pillars: international standard infrastructure, international standard security and a fully controlled testing environment, benchmarked against Pearson VUE, Prometric and ETS and adapted for Indian conditions. Controlled entry and exit, biometric authentication, CCTV coverage, secure networks and servers, redundant power and connectivity, and command and control rooms are permanent features rather than temporary additions, so a candidate in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 city gets the same standard of examination experience as one in a metro.
Commenting on the milestone, Ashish Mittal, Director, Innovatiview India Limited, said,
"In just one year, we have proven that world-class, tamper-proof examination infrastructure can be built in India at scale. As we expand, our commitment is to build purpose-built, government-controlled, standardised examination infrastructure within a 100 km radius of every divisional headquarters. Our mission is to protect merit and give every aspirant a fair, dignified shot at their dream."
Adding to this, Vishal Mittal, Director, Innovatiview India Limited, said,
"Behind every examination is a candidate who has given years to preparation, and a family that has sacrificed alongside them. They deserve an examination environment they can trust completely. As we expand to new cities, that trust will remain at the heart of everything we build."
In the next phase, APK will expand into Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur, Bhopal and Raipur, extending its standardised, secure examination experience to lakhs of new candidates and scaling the network to 1.5 lakh seats by the end of 2028.
