Time Medical International Ventures Philippines (TMIV-P), a subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures Limited (FMV), has been awarded a province-wide digital healthcare project for rollout across Catanduanes Province, deploying an integrated solution combining Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS). The project represents the first province-wide implementation of this integrated healthcare model in the Philippines.

The project marks an important milestone toward the digitalization of Universal Health Care (UHC) in the Philippines. Fischer Medical Ventures and Time Medical Philippines are fully committed to supporting the Philippine Government’s Universal Health Care priority program under President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos Jr., with a focus on making quality healthcare more accessible, connected and digitally enabled across communities. The Catanduanes Province rollout represents an important first step in translating this vision into a scalable province-wide digital healthcare model.

Time Medical International Ventures Philippines (TMIV-P). is proud to announce that it has been awarded the Catanduanes Province project to strengthen digital healthcare delivery and support the digitalization of Universal Health Care across the province. Together with its digital health partner, FlynnCare, TMPI will deploy an integrated healthcare solution combining Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS), connecting community-level healthcare delivery with structured digital clinical workflows and patient information.

This integrated approach is particularly important for municipalities and barangays where access to comprehensive healthcare services and diagnostic infrastructure may be limited. By bringing together community-level screening, connected diagnostics, digital clinical workflows and teleconsultation, the solution is designed to bring healthcare closer to communities while strengthening coordination between frontline healthcare providers and the broader healthcare system.

The Catanduanes rollout also demonstrates how digital technology can support the objectives of the Philippines’ Universal Health Care program. Connecting community healthcare delivery with a PhilHealth-accredited CMS provides a foundation for more standardized clinical workflows, structured patient information and improved continuity of care, supporting a healthcare environment that is increasingly accessible, connected, coordinated and data-driven.

With Catanduanes serving as an important implementation milestone, Time Medical Philippines, together with FlynnCare, aims to establish a scalable model for provincial healthcare digitalization. The project represents one of the early steps toward demonstrating how an integrated digital ecosystem can support the broader digitalization of Universal Health Care in the Philippines, with the potential to extend similar connected healthcare models across additional municipalities and provinces.

Time Medical Philippines, together with FlynnCare, is also exploring similar large-scale opportunities across the Philippines and other markets with comparable healthcare needs, where integrated digital health, preventive screening and AI-enabled diagnostics are gaining increasing importance. With capabilities spanning Health Kiosks, the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare CMS, AI-powered screening, preventive health, TeleRadiology, Tele-Diagnosis and connected care pathways, the partnership is positioned to support broader healthcare digitalization initiatives. As healthcare systems continue to modernize, this integrated approach provides opportunities for scalable deployments, long-term technology support and sustainable recurring revenue models across multiple markets.

"At Fischer Medical Ventures and Time Medical International Ventures Philippines (TMIV-P),  we remain deeply committed to supporting the transformation of healthcare delivery through integrated medical technology and digital health solutions. The province-wide Catanduanes project represents an important milestone in this journey. Together with our digital health partner, FlynnCare, we are integrating Health Kiosks with the PhilHealth-accredited FlynnCare Clinic Management System (CMS) to enable municipal and barangay health teams with connected screening, structured clinical workflows, teleconsultation capabilities, and timely access to patient information. This integrated approach reflects our commitment to making accessible and technology-enabled healthcare available to communities, irrespective of geography or resource availability.

As the Universal Health Care vision advances across the Philippines, digitally connected healthcare will play an increasingly important role in improving access, strengthening coordination, reducing delays in care, and enhancing patient outcomes. By seamlessly connecting community-level screening, digital clinical workflows, patient information, and telehealth through an integrated platform, the Catanduanes rollout demonstrates how healthcare digitalization can be implemented across an entire province. We are proud to support this important national healthcare transformation and believe this model can provide a scalable foundation for expanding connected, accessible, and digitally enabled healthcare across additional provinces in the Philippines.
