New Delhi, October 29, 2026: Mayfair Spring Valley Resort, Guwahati, is the exclusive hospitality partner for singer Sunidhi Chauhan’s I Am Home concert, scheduled for October 31 at Khanapara Veterinary Ground. As part of the association, the resort is offering a flat 20% discount on concert lounge tickets and a designated space in the lounge for an enhanced concert experience.

The partnership builds on Mayfair Spring Valley Resort’s growing presence in Guwahati’s live music circuit. Earlier this month, the resort partnered with the BURPP Festival at Sarusajai. Tickets for the upcoming I Am Home concert by Sunidhi Chauhan on October 31st are available on the District platform.

Pardeep Siwach, General Manager, Mayfair Spring Valley Resort, said, “Major live events are becoming an important part of how destinations build demand across hospitality, dining and leisure. For Guwahati, this presents an opportunity to attract audiences beyond the city and strengthen its position on India’s live entertainment map. Our association with this concert reflects our strategy of engaging with high-profile events that bring together travel, entertainment and hospitality, while creating meaningful opportunities for the region’s wider visitor economy.”

With 260 rooms, cottages and villas, Mayfair Spring Valley Resort continues to engage with the region’s growing events calendar, connecting live entertainment with hospitality experiences.
