Reinforcing its commitment to nurturing young minds through the power of reading, The Green Acres Academy, Chembur, hosted bestselling author Amish Tripathi for an engaging session with over 300 students and parents. Centred around his first-ever children's book,Dhruv-Tara & The Great Indian History Quiz, the session combined storytelling, an interactive history quiz, and a lively conversation with the authorThrough engaging discussions and activities, students explored India's rich heritage in an immersive way, discovering how stories from the past can help them better understand the present while developing curiosity, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in history.
The engagement reflected TGAA's inquiry-led approach to history education, where students are encouraged to move beyond rote memorisation of dates and events to ask meaningful questions, analyse evidence, explore multiple perspectives, and understand how the past continues to shape the present.
