Mr. Rahul Gautam, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the results:
"Since the West Asia crisis began in February 2026, the environment has been highly disruptive, with raw material prices rising sharply, putting pressure on demand and the festive season shifting into Q3. We responded with balanced price increases, higher advertising and consumer offers. We crossed ₹1,000 crore of revenue, up 19% YoY, and grew H1 Operating EBITDA by 23%, while also protecting our profitability in absolute terms. This reflects the strength of our brands, our supplier relationships and the discipline of our teams.
With Furlenco becoming our subsidiary from 1st October, Sheela Foam is now a full B2C portfolio company, with leadership in mattresses, foam and now furniture rentals. We have also embarked on the branded furniture space through our flagship brands. Sheela Foam is now poised as a larger, far more diversified group, with a presence across categories, channels and geographies."
