Located at Barkuchi / NH-37, the township is planned as a multi-phase development combining residential communities with commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, recreation and lifestyle infrastructure. The project has a development potential of approximately 22 million sq. ft. of built-up area and an indicative Gross Development Value of approximately ₹18,000 crore at current rates, subject to future developments, market conditions and the eventual mix of projects.

The township is approximately 6 km or 10 minutes from Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and is positioned within the developing airport growth corridor of western Guwahati. The location provides access towards Guwahati Airport via NH-37, Dharapur and Airport Road, Palashbari and Sualkuchi, while also being close to Northeast IT Park, IIIT Guwahati, Cotton University State Campus and Mirza Railway Station.

Green Orchid Township is planned around the concept of combining modern urban infrastructure with natural surroundings. The larger master plan includes residential neighbourhoods along with proposed green and open spaces and a 50-foot-wide natural river stream. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, wellness and sports facilities, landscaped gardens, hospitality facilities, golf course, race course, restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, retail and commercial spaces, office and technology spaces, malls and entertainment facilities.

Sustainability is positioned as a central component of the township's development philosophy, with proposed features including natural green spaces, preservation of natural landscapes, natural water features, rainwater harvesting, water-efficient landscaping, water recycling, waste management and recycling, energy-efficient infrastructure and proposed renewable-energy integration.

The Group's real estate journey has evolved from land development and plotted projects to villa projects and a larger vision of integrated township development. Its earlier plotting developments have already attracted more than 1,000 customers.

Dr. Tapan Mali, Founder and Managing Director, Green Orchid Group, said,

“Our objective is to create more than just houses. We want to create communities where modern living, connectivity, nature and social infrastructure come together in a sustainable environment.”
