Ahmedabad, 06th Nov 2026: CEPT University’s MBA in Real Estate is a two-year, full-time specialised management program designed to prepare professionals for India’s rapidly formalizing real estate sector, with training in capital markets, land and property dynamics, design differentiation and sustainability.
Keeping these aspects in mind, CEPT University launched the MBA in Real Estate program under its Faculty of Management in 2026 for aspirants who wish to build a career in the sector as leaders who can think strategically, work across disciplines, and make informed decisions grounded in an understanding of cities as complex systems.
Drawing on CEPT University’s expertise in the built-in domain, this program integrates managerial rigor with spatial, technical, urban systems and design intelligence to develop leaders for real estate development, financing and investment, International Property Consultants (IPCs), and allied urban sectors.
Course Curriculum: The MBA in Real Estate at CEPT University differentiates itself from other programs in India and globally through its studio-based pedagogy, focus on firm- and project-level management, co-teaching by industry practitioners and academic faculty and internship and live project opportunities with leading real estate developers, consultancies and allied organizations.
Who Can Apply: Indian candidates with a recognized bachelor’s degree in any discipline, completed in full-time regular mode, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 45% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates, as per the University regulations. International candidates must have a recognized bachelor's degree in any discipline, completed in full-time regular mode, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
Work experience is preferred but not essential. CEPT University accepts valid CAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT/ATMA/MAT scores. Candidates without such valid scores shall be required to undertake the online PG Test conducted by CEPT University.

Scholarships and Financial Aid: CEPT University offers merit-based and means-based financial scholarships. Students can also explore work-based financial aid opportunities through student and teaching assistantships.
Industry Exposure: The program has been developed in consultation with an advisory group comprising senior leaders from the real estate and allied sectors. The advisory group includes representatives from Bakeri Group, Arvind Smart Spaces, Capri Global Capital, Colliers International India and Henley Business School.
The program also provides opportunities for global exposure through CEPT University’s network of more than 40 international academic collaborations with institutions offering well-regarded real estate programs across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
